1. Do I need all toons in the Guild to join End Game Raids T4, T5 or T6?
Answer: No, you can have any toon you like here or elsewhere. This is not our way to force anyone how to play a game. More restrictions = less fun.
Background: Some Guilds require that players have all toons in their Guild to get a raid spot.
2. Who decides your play style/feat tree in raids?
Answer: If you know your class You decide (given you know the abilities needed to solve the specific raid instance of course as that is game dynamics).
Background: Some players have raided in other Guilds where certain equipment/abilities/feats were requested/mandatory for each class to raid in general.
Comment: Naturally if anyone needs improvement with dps/tanking/healing she/he may be approached with suggestions and that is in a friendly manner. This game is very complex and certain instances require focus on different skills/abilities. Never flame anyone for making mistakes. Even if you are frustrated when someone was behind a couple of wipes, the only thing working is constructive feedback.
3. Do I need Teamspeak?
Answer: Yes, most end game raid instances require swift actions. For example: say something fails when a raid boss is at 5% and then the raid leader may call “All to the left side of Boss” to have a chance to finish it.
4. Guild City or Guild Materials Donations?
Answer: The Guild City is rather maxed out so we do not request anything.
If you have materials you don´t need it is appreciated if you add some to the Guild Bank as we still craft items for the City, though not a priority. Blue gear that is looted can also be shared there for new players.
5. Do you use DKP or what are the loot rules?
Answer: No DKP, we share the luv as much as possible within the raid force. For T6 we have a queue system for progression raids, meaning if you win something you are put at the end of the queue to give priority to another of same class to win gear piece and avoid lucky rolls in sequence leaving some players without.
If you win an item it generally means you pass for the next.
Dragon Tears for example goes to the toon with most simple relic IV and if you win one you pass the next. For T5 we note who wins an item and that puts you back in the queue to avoid lucky rolls in series.
Background: DKP in some Guilds means that raiders who raids for a long time accumulates lots of points giving guaranteed loot with the drawback that new raiders receives nothing and it is de-motivating. DKP especially penalizes good raiders who can´t join each week.
6. Do you have a Guild Bot?
Answer: Yes.
7. What raids do you organize?
Answer: Presently T1 to T6
8. What time zone do you raid in?
Answer: We are heavy on players from European countries and end the game raid schedule is adapted to start at around 21:00 CET (Paris, Berlin, Stockholm time). Meaning North Americans for example need to start during their afternoons.
9. Language and countries?
Answer: We use English when raiding as we have members from different countries and continents.
10. Do you organize Dungeons?
Answer: Yes we do all dungeons.
11. What about PvP?
Answer: We organize pre-mades and got a core of PvP:ers defending our Battle Keep.
Final Comment on Expectations if you want to join us: The priority in our raids is always on the good atmosphere in contrast to focus on loot or strict rules for raid progress. We have little tolerance for angry complaints on other players as experienced players are expected to support/advice new players.
